I had no injury or pain, it was for maintenance and max performance as I prepared to push my body beyond the limits for a 6 month push. HE DELIVERED! I have never been to a chiropractor before, due to a recent car accident and my profession (personal training) this visit was necessary. For the past few months I've been experiencing muscle pain in my shoulder and tightness in my hips, enabling me to do simple movements such as squats, lunges and push ups.
I had back issue going on and they got me in the same day before the Holiday weekend. Mike stayed late to see me and get me fixed up
Dr. Sullivan has helped me continue training for a half marathon when I began having knee pain due to tightening of my IT band and hamstring. ART and dry needling have provided the relief I needed to continue to add miles and reach my goal. Great support and excellent therapy!
Hooray for Dr. Sullivan! No cookie-cutter chiropractic here- he is always careful to listen to my body woes and treat accordingly. Along with the chiropractic manipulations, he also attends to (and releases!) the soft tissues with active stretches. He treats the whole body from head to toe! My trainer (Larry Jackson) insisted that I go see Mike. After three visits, the pain is improving as well as my range of motion. I am slowly getting back to doing barbell squats (increasing the weight weekly) and I can do push ups again
