opens early and has a great staff. they also do headshots for passports. usually not crowded in the AM.
The staff is always very helpful and kind. I visit the store almost every week! Kim and Kristy are the best! John is pretty good too. They now have 2 shipping terminals unlike what some other reviews have claimed.
I've generally had great experiences at this FedEx. However, there has been one employee, Cindy, who has prompted me to write this negative review. Last week when I was in shipping packages, she yelled at and demeaned a fellow co-worker who was just trying to do his job loading up the truck with packages. At the time, there were 6 customers in the store, one of whom she was neglecting in favor of chastising this co-worker. Today, she shipped a package for me that had a pre-paid label but insisted to use tape and/or even a small square of bubble wrap would cost $4.99. She could have said this nicely, but instead was rude and dismissive. Very disappointing customer service.
Had an emergency just now. Showed up at 5:58. Had a quick print job. Already had doors locked and was closed even though they close at 6.
