Our 1990 motorcycle broke down on the highway going on vacation. Josh Wilson, service advisor, greeted our tow driver and immediately rolled the bike in to check it out. He made us comfortable while we waited. Soon the technician, Zach Rutherford, was test riding the bike which meant we would not need to spend the night, or longer. We were in and out very quickly. They determined the issue was loose cables connected to the battery after checking the charging system and the battery. Total bill was $50.00. They were honest with us and we were extremely grateful for their kindness and knowledge. Back on the road and not far behind schedule. If you're in the area be sure to stop in. They have a great selection from bikes to t-shirts and everything in between. And if you need service on your motorcycle don't hesitate to take it to Man O' War Harley Davidson.
I have never, ever had such friendly customer service in person or over the phone in my life until today at this place. They were incredibly nice to us and especially the kids. Fun party today and more coming up. Bought an awesome Manowar Harley Davidson shirt on sale and got a great deal on another for a present. They don't pressure anyone to buy anything ever. Go visit the shop and see some cool things and cool people.

Just purchased a 2017 Ultra Limited Peace Officer Special Edition. From the first time I began looking, Bobby was there...like a hawk. He knew at the time I wasn't able to make a purchase, but the 2030 other times I went in to look around, he was there...again. Then I turned the tables and made room to make my purchase and I was on Bobby like a hawk probably aggravating him to no end and then along came Josh. I aggravated them because I was set on the certain bike I wanted which they didn't have. They worked to get the bike I wanted and became competitive in their price to me. Customer service was beyond Par and you could tell they wanted to make a sale but not only a sale, they ward to earn a lifetime customer. Then after the purchase was made, Paige made me feel like family showing me around motorclothes and the HOG. Clarence was also awesome explaining the parts department.”
I took my 2014 Ultra in for one of the regular service intervals. Otis Smith at Man-O-War let me know the rear shock was leaking - this was the fluid I had been noticing for more than a year and was a safety concern. My regular dealer overlooked this issue. The bike was not purchased at Man-O-War and the warranty was expired although the issue existed during the warranty period. Otis heard me on the phone discussing this issue with the other dealer after he went and found a shock in stock and offered to replace the it. The other dealer questioned how Man-O-War could do that. That kind of awesome service makes a person feel like the customer comes first. The rest of the staff I spoke with throughout my visit were great as well.
