Fantastic clinic. Have been a customer since 1994 and have never had an issue. I was around when they had the capuchin monkey in the lobby. Always received such incredible service. Everyone who works there has such a kind, family vibe. I plan on staying a customer for a long time!
When our dachshund Maddie had another issue with her back, Dr. Kimmerer and the Sheabel staff stepped right up in Dr. Jude's absence (our reg. Sheabel vet) to address Maddie's needs and make her comfortable again. Dr. Kimmerer was very thorough and in depth going over Maddie's situation with me, her meds and our next steps. I can always trust the Sheabel staff to take the best care of my 3 girls, no matter who is on call. Thanks Dr. Kimmerer for all you do!
We love Dr. Arnold. I've never had a better veterinarian who bends over backwards to help me and my animals. Dr. Arnold will always be held in high regard at our home for what she has done for us.
Just be advised that you should always shop for care and get quotes for services. Never just walk in and take what you get. This comment has nothing to do with Dr. Arnold. It's any clinic that you go to.
Overall, I only wish that I found Sheabel sooner. I know my pets would have had better care had I made the decision.
Dr.Kimmerer is really caring and knowledgeable, I have older big dogs, so we seem to visit Sheabel a lot. The staff is professional and so nice. I'm really happy with our care.
Sheabel has always taken great care of our pets. It is very nice to have veterinary care, a pet hotel and pet grooming all in one place. Sheabel has high standards and a very caring staff and it shows in the service that they provide. They have recently helped our very ill cat and gotten him back to health when he was nearly gone. Awesome veterinarians! They are the best you can get!!!!
I also have a lot of respect for the rest of the staff. They are sincere and also care.
