Terrible service! Waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged while wait staff looked at us and kept walking past. When we finally got some attention, the waiter dropped 1 menu on the table for the two of us and didn't break stride while continuing to walk past us. No apology for the wait. No communication at all. Don't waste your time!
We had a great waitress, service was very good, steaks and other items were great with reasonable prices. Would stop back again if in the area.
Stayed at hotel and ate here because convenient. Ordered drink and,food at same time. Watching football game so in no hurry. After drink comes to,table, I don't see the server,or my food for 25 minutes. I go to server stand in back and ask for her. 5 minutes later she comes out , brings salad and says it has only been 20 minutes and my food would be ready shortly. Offers a 10% discount. 20 minutes later she brings,food and I ask for manager. He has left for night. Very short with me and no apology. TERRIBLE SERVICE and attitude. Food was decent.
Food is so-so. It’ll do if your in a bind
The bartender was great. The server; not so much. I ordered a loaded baked potato as a side and they sent me out 2 potato skins that were straight off the appetizer menu. Would have given three stars, if not for the staff and potato caper. Lol.
Upon entering the restaurant we got our first signal that we should have turned around and ran. There was not a soul in sight but we decided to give it a go anyways. Once someone showed up we were told to grab our own menus and seat ourselves. After about 10 minutes of not speaking to any staff, another table had been sat and served beverages. I think at this point we may have been forgotten... my husband wanted to get up and leave but unfortunately my courtesy made us stay. Once we were FINALLY waited on we placed our order and then AGAIN waited 25 minutes before seeing our waitress. Once our food arrived I'd realized the worst has yet to come... This place was not as advertised, a barbecue bar and grill, but instead a run-down, understaffed, big boy right before close. I ordered 'The Big Pig'. The coleslaw was straight mayonnaise, the beer battered toast was so salty it was completely inedible not to mention the fact that the fryer oil was too low causing the bread to be saturated in oil completely, the BBQ pulled pork had nearly zero sauce, and the in-house made advertised Mornay sauce was nowhere to be seen! I managed to choke down a few bites of the pork once I had requested the sauces that were supposed to be on it and finally gave up. When my waitress asked if I wanted a box for my nearly untouched meal, I expressed my dissatisfaction. Her response was ' oh you're being facetious!' And laughed. When neither of us joined her in laughter she realized I was serious and comped my meal. Horrible experience. We will never ever return!
