I love this bookstore. It's really close to Ramsey's so you can either eat there first and then go to Unique Books or go to the bookstore first and then take one of your newly acquired treasures and enjoy it along with something good to eat. Unique Books is exactly that, unique. I was able to fill a lot of gaps in my collection of 1960's Dark Shadows paperback novels with books in excellent condition at great prices. They have a good selection of Kentucky books along with about any subject you can think of. I have never left there empty handed. The people who work there are great and there is a lot of obvious love that goes into the store. If you can't find something good to read there, you're not looking.
What a marvelous place! Excellent assortment of titles. Very friendly, knowledgeable employee. Only one area for improvement: more comfortable seating. Plan on coming again!
An okay used shop. I didn't find anything great there and the guy working the counter wasn't much of a seller.
