Horrible!!!!!!!!! Would give a negative rating if it allowed me to!! Rented a van for a family vacation to Florida two months in advance and received a "confirmation" email with the details, including class of vehicle. Call the day before our trip to verify and am told they do not have a van or class of car to fit the 7 people going on our trip. "Manager" was very unapologetic and rude!! Made absolutely no attempt at all to help me in any way...... unbelievable!!! Avoid this rude, lying, shady location, they are horrible!!
I have to agree with all of the other reviews that rated the workers here as horrible. The older man who "helped" me was the rudest employee I've ever dealt with. They have zero motivation to help people and he literally just walked away as I was asking him a question. I really hope this review will cause people to use another business because this one is awful.
