The guys working at the Nicholasville branch are PHENOMENAL....it was literally everyone else who we dealt with that were terrible. We had to call the main customer service line countless times because we had a tail light go out and when trying to explain what was going on to one woman, she repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me and hung up on us. We called 8 locations in Maryland before we could get a replacement vehicle. Worst experience with everyone else but AMAZING NICHOLASVILLE STAFF.
Made a simple call about a reservation that was already set up to pick a time to get the rental car. The gentleman NAMED JOSHUA on the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE and CONDESCENDING on the phone the entire time from when he picked up the phone till being COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC after I told him I did not appreciate his tone or attitude with me. Idk if he’s just having a bad day but that is absolutely not how you treat potential customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company or location OR JOSHUA if they support this type of service. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Very friendly staff. Fast service! Wasn't expecting the $200 hold on my credit card but it was immediately refunded the following business day. Will definitely come back to this location for all my car rental needs.
