This is the mechanic shop no one believes exists. Friendly, fast, informative, knowledgeable, fair priced and above all, HONEST!! I've been there twice and, even though I live in Florida, if I need a mechanic, any repair will have to wait till I get back to Lexington. They took excellent care of my car and myself in a crisis. Did an amazingly fast repair and had my car back to me the same day. Any other shop would have taken at least two days. It just get any better than Crowe's Master Tech.

Crowes is great, I called and they told me they could get me in the same day. Being a college student who knows nothing about cars or what was even wrong with my own car, I knew I could trust them to only do what needed to be done and not overcharge me. Their prices are extremely fair too. The staff was so nice to me the entire time I was there, I highly recommend this place. I will never go anywhere else.
This is the best mechanic/auto-shop in Lexington and the best experience I’ve had. I actually enjoyed having a vehicle issue.
This was my second time @Crowes and again the experience exceeded my expectations. I feel very fortunate to have a place I can trust. My experience was , they got me in quickly, the price was lower than expected and they got my car back when I needed it. They were easy to talk to , answered all my questions and returned calls when they said they would.
The staff was incredibly friendly and I was in and out with a new blower motor and working heat in less than an hour.
I️ came in to get my car looked at before I️ went home for break and had great service. Being a person who doesn’t know cars well, the mechanic and manager explained everything well to me so that I️ could understand what was going on with my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and well educated. I️ would absolutely come back for service again and/or recommend it to anyone.
