We were on vacation when transmission stopped working. Jim helped us get a rental car and repaired what was needed to get us home safely. He also made sure we wouldn't have the same problem again. They worked diligently so that we wouldn't have to spend any unnecessary time away from home. They didn't take advantage of us and provided a fair price. Thank you for all your help.
This is a very good shop. I've taken two of my vehicles there several times over the past year and a half. Some visits were routine oil changes, but they did a great job on AC repair and transmission repair too. They aren't cut-rate, but I think their rates are on the low side for Lexington. More importantly, they give you options on repairs where possible - like do you want a super duty replacement battery, or just one to get you through the next couple years? Friendly and pleasant.
David was friendly and cordial. He seemed knowledgeable on my vehicle and its transmission. They did a total rebuild and it has been working fine. I probably waited too long, but the price seemed a little high, but the work seems to have been done very well. And they take their warranty and their 30 day checkup very seriously which is comforting.
I stopped in and asked some questions about a repair I wanted done. Met with David and was pleasantly surprised by the answers.
