I had a clutch go bad on a 2001 f150 a/c unit while in line at Southern lights had to get out of line because the noise was bad. I was able to get home and the next morning went to Faulconer brothers. The shop was able to swing their schedule to work on my truck because I really needed it for work. They not only fixed my clutch but also took the time to clean all the carbon build up throughout the engine system. My 2001 hasn't ran this good for a long time. I am very thankful for a honest and fair shop. The next night the family made it through the Southern lights cruising through like a new truck . This shop deserves a few extra stars on their review. This place is by far the best in Lexington! Chauncey is the most honest, up front, no nonsense guy I have ever met! And he REALLY knows and does his job well! He takes pride in what he does and in his business, and it shows! I will be a continued customer of his from now on! The best part, he doesn't try to mess you over on your bill. His pricing is VERY reasonable (A LOT less than most other places). And the lady that work there is a sweetheart!
Top top top quality service! We brought our car in to look at a number of electrical issues and brake repair. The electrical issues we had been told by other places were going to be expensive to repair, but they found out it was a simple fix and explained all the issues they found with our car before even being asked. Great service and genuine people who want to make sure you know what they are doing and more importantly why things should be replaced/fixed/etc. They are definitely going to receive more of our business.
