I have dealt with Meffords several times in the past and would always recommend them to friends. I sent my son there to get an estimate on a repair and the owner was extremely rude. When I called to try to straighten the situation out and let the owner know that I've come to him many times over the years he was also very short and rude with me. Good going Bruce, you can kiss any business I'd send your way goodbye. Learn better customer service skills also because you need them, ASAP!

I took my car in thinking I needed some expensive parts installed. They said they'd test it and take care of it. I was quite surprised to get a call a few hours later stating that my car was fine and didn't need the parts. I went in ready and willing to pay for these parts and rather than take advantage of that, they charged me a very reasonable diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. I'll definitely be back! ;)
