We decided last minute Black Friday morning to go and look at TVs. We were in and out in less than an hour with our new 60" 4K UHD Smart TV, WOW! The associates were very helpful, friendly and check out was a breeze. The TV was an amazing price and we love it! We will go back to this Best Buy for sure! I honestly thought going on Black Friday would be a literal nightmare, and the amazing staff at this Best Buy made it super easy and painless. Thanks!
Tried to get product availability at his store but did not have a SKU. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. My time is worth more than I could have possibly saved by going there. I'm going to BB&B or Macy's. They answered my calls.
The experience that I had at this Best Buy location was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a product of any kind. I purchased a range, washer, dryer, dishwasher from the store on 11/14/17 and everything was good. Sales associates were nice and helpful. They got me all taken care of and set up the delivery and installation of all the appliances just fine. I even got a reminder call telling me that I had a delivery and installation appointment from 8am-12pm on 11/21/17. This is when everything went down hill. The delivery never showed up and no one called to tell me that they were late or not coming. After calling Best Buy several times then being put on hold for 15+ minutes each time to see where the truck was, I was told that the truck was in route each time but it still never showed. I spoke with the Best Buy Manager and got another delivery set up for 11/24/17 from 8am-12pm. This truck never showed up either and just like the last non-delivery, again, they told me they truck was in route. I went to the store to see what was going on and spoke with the Appliance Manager and he told me that my order was still in the warehouse in the back-not on the truck. I was then told that I could not get my delivery until this coming Thursday 11/30/17. I could not wait that long so I cancelled my purchase and had them refund my Best Buy card. There is a very bad lack of communication between Best Buy and their 3rd Party installing company and it makes Best Buy look very bad. I will never be back to Best Buy at 3220 Nicholasville Road in Lexington, KY for this reason, and I have told everyone I know not to go there either.
People at the store are very helpful. However, when calling in to find out some information it's like pulling teeth. You don't want that experience because I was on the phone on hold for over 33 minutes and unable to speak with anyone until I walked into the store after being on hold for 33 minutes. There's too many people that work there do not have someone in the store to be able to answer the phone when calls come in. Thank you and I hope that you or someone does something about the issue with calling in to the store to get some information.
Horrible customer service. Asked 2 employees for help and they did not know the answer about a product and were unwilling to try and find out for me. I will vote with my wallet and spend my money elsewhere. I can have have it in two days with amazon and for a cheaper price.
