I went there tonight for my birthday and ordered the fire-roasted barbacoa chicken. The first time it came out the rice was completely undercooked, so I sent it back. Everyone else finished eating their meal and I got my second plate of it about 20 minutes later. The chicken was completely raw!!! The manager wouldn't let me try to get it again and asked if there was anything else on the menu I wanted. We were there for about 2 hours or more and had plans afterwards. It was not a good experience and the food was disappointing. Got some free dessert from that but that was the only positive thing about my experience here.
Where do I start? Wow. This place. Just. WOW. My server was on point. She was phenomenal. I believe her name was Liz and she took care of me and my colleagues with such care. Refills when needed were done. Plates were cleared so we could have more room to talk. She even brought out ketchup and parmesan cheese for our burgers and pizzas without us even asking. Great smile, great attitude. Real down to earth girl. Before we could even ask she was already bringing out what we were wanting. Management stopped by to check on us and our meals. His name was Brad or Chad I believe. I recommend this place. All these reviews I see that are 1 star. No way. You guys aren’t getting the good servers we had like Liz. Come in and ask for Liz. Also say hi to Brad or Chad, can’t miss him. Real small dude. I love Bj’s!
Horrible service starting at the hostess stand. My husband and I came in on a Saturday mid day and they told us it would be a few minutes. Lots of tables open. Two parties of four people came in and immediately were seated. I asked about it and they said your table isn’t ready. Waiter was nice and seemed to already know he had to make up for hostess. Food was ok but took too long considering how little amount of people were in there
Great time. Food was good and had nfl Sunday ticket to watch the games. It was a nice touch to bring out bread and fruit for the kids.
Nice atmosphere and very comfortable roomy seating with large portions and good food. Enjoyed my first visit there just be sure you can afford it because it's pricey.
