Ordered their 3-Star Special, so that's what I give it. The meats were all very tender, with good taste. But they came out room temperature. So since my family meal was nearly $43, I asked for the meats to be nuked. I was told that they didn't have a microwave, but they'd give me a new plate. Within minutes, that was delivered . . . barely warm. I guess they don't serve their meats warm. And I like my food to be hot. My wife had the same issue with her pulled chicken. The sides were all hot, the meats were not. Very, very odd. Will not be back.
I cannot praise the food here enough! It may sound strange, but I said I could die happy after eating here. Every single thing my husband and I tried was so good, but the hot chicken is phenomenal! It’s moist and perfectly crispy without being greasy. Every bite I tasted, all I could say was “Wow!” Bonus: the staff know their food is good, so they are excited about it, and happy to let you sample whatever you like!
The food was excellent and the people working we're very helpful. They even gave our friend a sample of one if the sides before getting ordered it. They were very accommodating for gluten free.
So, I ordered a bbq quesadilla. There wasn't a description and even tho I have some dietary restrictions, I didn't think to find out what all came on it. Well, it has several ingredients that I can't eat. I called. For what reason I don't know because I wasn't looking for any refund or anything. They were super awesome about the whole thing even tho it wasn't really their fault. They offered to make me something else at no charge. Not only did they do that, they loaded me down with all kinds of other food. I was really impressed with how they handled the experience. Almost forgot to mention how good the food was.
As for the pulled pork being mushy, I thought it was the perfect consistency; shredded with no clumps. I also have no idea how someone could call any of the food bland. It had great flavor, and they have several delicious sauces to choose from.
Ate here after my bday last year.. have no complaints! The vibe is so casual here, we sat outside and enjoyed every bite.
