Compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We made a special trip to the Lexington office while in Kentucky for the eclipse - for our boy who has ameloblastoma. Dr. Faller was wonderful, as was the whole staff. Knowing we were only there for a consult, she was thorough, knowledgeable and honest in her explanations and answers to all of our questions - and her demeanor was kind, patient and compassionate. Wish they had an office in southeast Wisconsin.
The almighty dollar is worth more to these people than a precious life. I wouldn't even give one star but I have to so I can share my babies story. If you love your animals please don't bring them here if it's an emergency. I should've drove 120 the opposite direction to help my little ginger. She was my best friend for 9 years. Thursday my boyfriend called me and said she had been throwing up then a little later said he had made her a appointment for Friday because there was blood in her stool. This was around 4 and by 11 she had kept throwing up but we noticed she had a bowel movement but it was just straight bright red blood which indicated she was bleeding internally. He didn't get paid till 9am the following morning but I was desperate to find my baby help. I came here and they took my baby straight back and then 30 minutes later came in the room to me and told me they wouldn't touch her unless I had 300 dollars to give them right then. I thought they may would keep her over night so I could pay them the next morning or even put the card on file. After an hour and 15 minutes of me frantically trying to find a way to get my baby help I had no other choice but to tell them to give me my poor baby back and go home. They did not touch her or even try to make sure she was comfortable. I got home close to one and I watched my precious baby girl bleed to death. She didn't make it to 6am. So please for these people the almighty dollar is worth more than a precious life. Please please take them to somewhere else where there's compassion and humans with hearts.
I'm sorry at 3:30 this morning I read the previous reviews. My dog Yesum was very sick and I decided to wait and see if she got better and we could wait until Monday. That didn't happen and I bought her too Med Vet today. They were wonderful!!! Staff was very professional and compassionate as was Dr. Cotton. Hopefully I won't need emergency care again but if I do I will not hesitate to go back to Med Vet. Thank you all so very much.
The only thing these people care about is getting their money. My best friend lost her baby of 9 years because she wouldn't have the money to pay them until the following morning. They wouldn't even keep her overnight. She had to watch as her poor baby bled to death. No one should have to go threw this. Please, if you love your animals find a vet that truly cares.
Took my dog in on Sunday night with blood in his vomit. The Doctor looked him over and suggested an anti vomit med and a water injection under the skin for dehydration. I asked him what the price range was, $50 or under or $50 or more. he said around $50 or under. I said sure go ahead. After the treatment the nurse said it was $120 more (in addition) to the $50 doctor had indicated. I asked why there was a discrepancy and she said the Doctors don't know the prices. I don't expect the Dr's to know the prices to the penny but I do expect them to have a reasonable knowledge of the price scale. I feel that I was hustled and cheated and would suggest looking elsewhere for ethical treatment.
