This store has a lot of white males in it I've never actually been waited on by a woman in here and I've only actually had one employee to be nice and it was not a white guy, they had no friendliness they need a communication skill lab. They don't greet anyone when they come into the store they also don't make you feel comfortable when you wait and you usually wait every time you go in there and if they're 30 minutes to closing they're even more rude. It is not a store I enjoy to go inside and I dread going. I would rather walk into the mall and walk a mile and go to the i wireless sprint. I just visited the store and I'll was actually greeted by a nice person for the first time I've ever been in there.
I wouldn't even give this store one star! WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The employees are all lazy and careless. They are uninformed about what they are selling and make unfulfilled promises. I will never step foot in this store again.
The wait time was a little long but the service was great and everyone was so friendly. I walked in and then walked out with 2 cellphones and a home phone. Cant complain
The long haired hippie guy behind the counter was 100% uninterested in customer service luckily he referred us to a better store to spend our money.
An amazing job great service. Theres a young lady by the name of Jordan Hess. Shes the one for the job highly recommended i assure you wont go wrong. She will do her best as she has with me and my boyfriend you go girl "I'm oh so proud of you".
