Run away!! Horrible customer service. Few years a ago I bought a couch, loveseat, and a coffee table. They called me to let me know my couches where in. I got rid of my previous set to make room. I waited for the delivery men to show up, they never did. I went to the Lexington, Ky store where I bought my furniture to see what was going on. A gentle named Jason told me no one called me and he didn't know when my couch will be in. Granted, I've been waiting over a month for my furniture. After he gave me attitude and I asked for a refund. He said no, I'll have to choice something off the floor. Now was forced to pick something I didn't want . Also......my coffee table wasn't in stock either. Again I had to choice a different table AFTER I've already paid and waited another month. I was laughed at by employees. I end crying due to all the frustration I was put through. They refused to give me the owners name and number. Since then I've bought furniture at a competitor stores in Lexington. Other stores treated me with respect and outstanding customer. My furniture was also delivered promptly. If you are looking for great customer service, delivery and furniture which will LAST please look elsewhere.
