through Ky winter seasons
I just visited the store today in search of 2 items; a new BBQ grill and fireplace to add to my home this winter. I was highly impressed with the selection, quality, and knowledgeable staff. I have owned many high priced grills over the years. However, all previous retail experiences have been the same.... we can order it, call the manufacturer and see if they can help you with replacement parts, or just simply a lack of knowledge of the products they were selling. This was not the case today! I was happy to find that not only did they have good quality products they also service them and install them if necessary! Compared to the big box store pricing I was shocked.... the prices were great and in line with other grills I had looked at. However, the big difference is I would be spending the same amount of money but getting a better quality product and comfort knowing that if I needed any parts I just needed to call Housewarmings and it would be handled. This is where all my other grills have bitten the dust. No one could get parts for them or no one wanted to service them. As for the fireplace I was interested in, they actually had working gas models everywhere and I could test them out. It was nice to see the logs, flame size, and how much heat was produced by each prior to purchase and install. Again, they will install too and it was cheaper than I could do it for myself by the time I spent all of the time buying parts and plumbing. I had a great experience and wanted to share it to anyone looking for anything patio, grilling, or fireplace related. They have more products than I could mention here.
