HORRIBLE experience. Was promised a replacement media cabinet for one I received that was a different color than the one in the showroom. I had gone to great lengths to verify the color, taking a shelf home from floor model to see if it matched my furniture at home and it did. The unit I received was much, much darker than floor model. I called and was told they would deliver a new unit over a month ago. Never received a call and have gotten no response by this manager to multiple phone calls over the last month. I was told today by a different manager that the color looks fine to him and no need to replace it! No apologies or desire to look into the whole situation. I have never received a phone call back from original manager or the salesperson after leaving multiple messages. I never post reviews online but this was so bad I couldn’t let it go. Will NEVER do business there again!!
I had a very good experience picking out a couch at Ashley HomeStore. I was worried that I would be pressured into getting something that I wasn't sure about, but Aaron was very helpful, listened to what I had to say and came up with some very good suggestions. He made the purchase very easy and pressure-free. The fellows that delivered the couch delivered it within the 3 hour window I was given and were very professional and considerate. Personally, I was dreading the experience, but was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. And I love my couch.
I have shopped at this Ashley location previously so I felt I would go back to see what type of furniture they had. I just bought my first home so I wanted to purchase some quality pieces for my home. My mother and I went on a Friday just to get ideas of the furniture that I may need for both the living room and bedroom. During this visit, the staff were very courteous and professional. They made us aware of the specials that Ashley had going on and would assist us if we needed to purchase furniture. On Saturday, which was Veteran's Day, I took both my mother and father to purchase any furniture in the house. As a gracious gift, my dad (who is a Navy Veteran) decided to assist me with purchasing my home furniture. At first, I was very overwhelmed but, with the assistant of my mother and Aaron Rosen (furniture expert), I was able to purchase all the furniture and additional items for my living room and bedroom. I can not say enough wonderful words I have about and for Aaron. He was very professional, attentive, detail oriented, and spot on to what I wanted. In addition to Aaron doing an excellent job, he went above and beyond when he called my cellular phone to tell me some additional information about the furniture I purchased. This was very kind of him to let me know the additional information. I must say, I will go back to this Ashley location and I hope Aaron is working,
We stopped by the Lexington location to look at sectionals but fell in love with a sofa, love seat and recliner combination slightly out of our budget. Pam worked her magic and got us a deal we could all be happy with! It helps that they were having a great veterinary day sale! Pam was not pushy at all and we really enjoyed working with her. We will definitely come back here when we are furnishing our forever home!!
Then there's the store.. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical about shopping at a chain store, but I needn't have worried. Great selection of what we were looking for (living room and bedroom to include mattresses). Prices for all budgets.

This Ashley's was top notch, and would recommend to anyone who asked.
If you go to this store (and you should!) ask for Robert. Remember that name...!!!ROBERT!!! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and not at all pushy, Robert is the salesperson for you.
