This is our second time buying furniture at Burke's, and we've been pleased both times. The sales people don't overwhelm you or follow your every move, but they are available often enough that you can get directions or information. The furniture is good quality, and you have the opportunity to choose the type and color of upholstery/leather. We hoped for a little better pricing during the sale, but still were pleased with our purchase.
Burke furniture continues to stand the test of time w/ quality furniture and professional salesmen! I bought a sofa and chair 25 years ago and although it still looks good, the one I purchased today is gorgeous! I love shopping at Burke’s❤️! Pam Ellison
Decent product but horrid customer service. Purchased a whole living room set from them and the chair was late arriving by weeks. I had to call several times to check on it. My husband was out of town upon arrival. When he returned and we arranged furniture we quickly realized that the chair was too large for our space. The owner was beyond rude when I tried to return it. He didn’t apologize or explain policy politely but treated me as if I was at fault. The original owners were always accommodating. I guess 2nd generation business owners who don’t have to work for success don’t understand service. I have heard this from several people after my incident. What a shame!
We just walked in the to look at sectional sofas to get ideas, We talked with Debbie about a specific sofa, and next thing we know we are purchasing a new sectional. The floor was clean and beautiful and the furniture looked like they were all worth the prices displayed. We cannot wait to get our new sofa. Debbie was absolutely amazing. She was so well informed and went out of her way to make sure we walked out with exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
