Rented a washer and dryer for a couple of months until I could buy them somewhere outright. When they came to pick up the guys unhooked the wash machine but didn't shut the water all the way off. I was left with a nasty flood to clean up. Rude, shoddy, and incompetent.
For some reason a review concerning bed bugs was posted under my name after i read a review. I did not post nor am i a customer. I simply read a review on here from a customer who said she got bed bugs from an item that came from them. I was called today and told by the store manager that i would be sued if this wasn't removed. Does this give you any idea of what kinda people your dealing with? It should. Be smart! Save your money up and go buy and pay for what you want in cash! Or wait on taxes to do so! And i am very fortunate not to have to do business with them or their kind. Thank you.
