Nice store with very helpful employees without being pushy.
The staff here are super helpful and they will work with you to make sure you get something you want. The store is clean, laid out well, and not too busy from my experience. The prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for.
Purchased two recliner, glider chairs with handle for recline. The mechanism is so difficult that I can't recline the chairs. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. That La-Z Boy would not allow me to return. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of folks in this way.
Great customer service and selection but a little pricey. I did make a purchase and it was delivered right away. The delivery guys were well trained.
I would give them zero stars and I see that my previous post was removed or taken down - so here is another. Faulty rocker recliner chairs, no refunds, no returns unless your willing to pay hundreds of dollars in difference for their poorly built chairs, no prior customer loyalty and you pay extra to change out their defective furniture.
