I used to love this place, and bought all of my furniture from here until I had 1 issue with the length of the bed rails on my new bedroom set. They were horrible at dealing with me, the frame is so much larger than my king mattress and they refuse to even come look at it. Telling me it's normal. Look at the picture yourself and tell me if this looks normal? I can see into the drawers underneath the bed without even opening them. The one I saw in the store didn't look like this at all. Thanks, but you just lost a customer. Yes it's a cheap store, but you get what you pay for, sams club and Costco have the same quality and price with much better service.
We went to LOW last weekend to get a bedroom set and sectional. Matt Caron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- so much so that we came back again this weekend for a dining room set and a mattress.
