Don't bother. Asked them to come look at and hopefully repair the washing machine. They told us they would be here noon, so I took off work to make sure to meet them. 2 hours later, nobody had showed up, no calls to let me know they were running behind. Called them, no answer. Called again and the lady said he was running behind from 2 days before, asking if we could reschedule. When explaining the situation, she stated she would call when he returned to the shop. Should I be surprised when I received no call again?
