Extremely comfortable. We had 2 chairs in our HCA room (so many have only one), the beds are just right and the water pressure is good. The fridge and microwave came in handy, and the lighting was bright and easily controlled. I wished for a footrest and another nightstand as we both like drinks and books on our sides of the bed. Food is tasty at the in-house eateries
Loved this place. It was so nicely decorated, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. They had a nice breakfast area, and one of the better hotel breakfasts I've come across. Would definitely stay here again.
Not bad. Easy to get to. Great location. Staff are not friendly at all. But the rooms are nice, just stay out of the bathroom down by the pool. Nasty. The beds are comfortable. Pillows are wimpy, but I like mine, very firm. Free breakfast was blah. Coffee was good tho. Will stay there again, but will eat breakfast at the Cracker Barrel down the street.
Guesthouse in Lexington is a beautiful, if not older, hotel. It has been obviously well maintained and I love the asthetic. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was because it still had availability for the Christmas holiday when I booked, and they offered free cancellation which I needed for my peace of mind. I really enjoyed the rooms, the high ceilings are unique. The pool was open for one of the two days we stayed, but the chlorine was so strong we probably wouldn't have swam again anyway. I wish there had been a hottub, but the pool water was very nice otherwise. I wish there had been more than one waste basket in the room. One next to the sink in addition to next to the TV would have been nice. Pillows we're great and the blankets were comfy, but the mattress was god-awful. I woke up in so much pain. The rooms were clean, service was good, breakfast was pretty good, and the price was right. I would consider staying here again, but I'll probably shop around a bit next time.
The room was decent, updated, clean. Front desk staff was... there. Did their job, not particularly friendly. I requested a room on the top floor, away from the elevators and got a room 10 steps from the front desk. Very noisy, people running through the halls, congregating in the parking lot. Front desk refused to provide a receipt. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
