My family and I stayed 2 nights recently....Shower bar broken and not fixed after request. Shower faucet broken and not fixed after request. Not enough towels for the number of guests that were checked in. I did get them at breakfast the next morning. One of the towels was stained somewhat (probably rust). Also the temperature controls for the a/c are deceiving as I fiddled with the wall control for the entire night trying to cool my room down only to find out that I had to use controls in the a/c itself. Breakfast is self serve by using a microwave to heat the food and is surprisingly good but definitely not homemade.
Very attentive and accommodating managers and attendants. I'm pretty sure Chad and Sierra would have given us the shirts off their backs! You could tell they took pride in their work. CLEAN, comfy, and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and the staff attending to food was so kind. I don't typically do reviews but I was really impressed with everything and we will be coming back. We have little kids and the rooms are set up with lots of counter space and shelves perfect for laying out everything you need. Kids loved indoor pool, bring your bathing suit! Do not bother going anywhere else!!! :)
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was also clean and fresh. My room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher. Five star service, everything except the mint on the pillow.
If you can avoid it, I don't recommend a suite on the first floor.. the over head noise is a bit much..

Fantastic place. Kitchen was stocked with plates, bowls silverware and glasses. Service was excellent! Breakfast crew so friendly
I’d really like to go with 4 Stars but it’s the little things that stick out here unfortunately. While the staff are super friendly and outgoing it’s not enough to jump up to a 4 star.
Other than that.. my family and I enjoyed stay very much and will most likely stay again. Very enjoyable establishment
