Great stay for the price. Clean, vet comfortable rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Not a beautiful hotel, but we just were there to sleep. The mattresses and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had even at much fancier hotels. It deserves a 5 star for a Super 8. I'm not comparing it to a Hilton.
Good looking rooms the outside crowed is the problem here ppl that don't look to nice walking around the parking lot all I can say is lock your doors and stay inside after dark other then that this place is quite and the from is nicer then you would think recently renovated and very modern chic
I paid over $100 a night for a room with broken flooring that would pinch your feet, the bathroom was not clean at all there was hair in the tub the cap to a razor and dried urine all over the commode, there was bugs in the room, the refrigerator was garbage and the walls had holes and smeared dirt on them. This room was not even worth $30 a night. You get a better deal at the Lexington Motor Inn for $50 a night. We will never stay here again!
Hidden costs, paper thin walls, and dirty sheets. We were excited to come here for the weekend and be able to bring our dog with us. The website doesn’t tell you when you book that you pay $15 a night for your pet and that you have to be with your pet at all times. Which seems a bit unrealistic when you have a 60 pound dog and most places don’t allow pets. The walls are paper thin and they stuck us at the end of the hallway by the side door so throughout the entire night we were woken by the door slamming shut as well as any noises coming from other rooms. When I first got there, I noticed that my sheets had a stain on it as well as the tub not being clean. I really wish this had been a better experience but we learned our lesson and will go to one of the many other hotels in the area.
Room was clean and nicely appointed in decor & basic furnishings. Excellent rate. No cumbersome or illogical reasons given by management in paying for a room as with the nearby Comfort Inn & Suites which refused both a bank-issued replacement card and full cash payment.
