Food was awfully tasteless. Order was wrong,pretzel bites cheese was served cold . disappointed really. Packages were overpriced. Good for games but they should up their pizza game.
This place needs new management, there was no one at the door to stamp the kids, we had to wait 15 minutes to order food. The buffet had one pizza, in which it took them another 45 minutes to make more pizza. Machines are out of order, they didn't give tickets. They guy working the toys didn't have a key to give you out toys in the case. Worst chuckee cheese I've seen. I'll never go back, and suggest no one else wastes their money on there way way over priced toys.. You could go to a real store and spend half and get 20 times more toys for your kids. HORRIBLE!!!! Also the last time I went I ended up taking my son to the ER because he got sick from the nasty unclean games.
My kids love Chuckie Cheese, they're many toddler friendly games here, since I have children under 5. They enjoy playing as much as just running around. Today I went and my family enjoyed the buffet they have to offer. Wednesdays you can pay 14.99 for an unlimited 1hour of play and I thought that was a great deal. My kids aren't in school so we also can get there early and avoid the possible larger crowds and that was a plus for me also. We will return
Pizza is tasting much better. However some games had issues. Overall my family had a great time.
I have no experience at this place, after reading what I read of other people's experience, I didn't want to waste precious time and money. All I can say, is please make it a better place so people will write a better review. Workers do hurt your business. Wish I was the one hiring people for you. You gotta know who to hire and who not to hire. Sorry for the bad reviews.
