Great atmosphere! The hostess and waitress was very friendly. The food came as described and tasted Great! Coffee was excellent! Have not been to a IHOP in a long time. Will come back soon
No wait to get seated, which was great. But twenty minutes to be greeted or have orders taken, another 15 minutes for drinks. 10 more minutes for four out of five to be served, five more minutes for the last person to be served and for the table to get forks. Several other tables arrived after us and had left before we were served. It's Sunday afternoon, so my expectations weren't exactly high to begin with, plus I'm a pretty easy-going person, but this was pretty terrible. I don't blame our server. He was either hired ten minutes before we arrived it had just been drafted off the dish pit. Mgmt is going to have to pay better to hire better if somebody like me is leaving unsatisfied.
Absolutely terrible service. We’ve been here for an hour and still have no food. Our server might as well not even be in the building, we see her so little. They aren’t even that busy. I WILL NOT be coming back. The two times we’ve seen our server she was talking to her coworkers while at our table and obviously doesn’t want to be here. Terrible atmosphere and terrible service all around.
I am not one to complain in the least. But I just left this location and it was quite possibly the worst service I ever received. My party all received our drinks after 25 mins of being there, but one person in our party had to wait another 20 to get her ice water. We were there for 1 hour 20 minutes and never once received an apology. We spoke with the manager, Lynn, and she said they were too busy serving the other party of 30 (which we counted when we left was only 14 people). Lets just say my party was very dissatisfied with this location's service. And did I forget to mention we never got our food.
Wonderful service, and better food! The server was happy to replace my spoiled iced coffee with a fresh batch free of charge. Highly recommended for a late night breakfast craving!
