This was the absolute slowest service I've ever had at a drive through. Once we got up to the window to get our order (only fries) there was no communication from the employee. No hello, sorry for your wait, or even repeating the total for payment. I'd go elsewhere.
The food was decent and they give you large portions. The drive-thru also moved fast.
If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered 2 five piece honey bbq boneless wings and got them with buffalo sauce. Took them back to window to have worker argue with me saying they were honey bbq. No, they aren't. After arguing she said they would fix me a new order and half way rolling her eyes she told us to pull forward , they would fix me an order and bring it out. After 30 minutes my husband walked to window to find out they had not even started them. 2 of the workers were out in parking lot talking to someone in a parked car and had not fixed my order. After offering to throw in fries they told him they would fix my order right then. 20 minutes later husband went back to window and finally got my order, their excuse was they were training....really...these 10 wings were not worth it. Will not be gpingvto this restaurant again and will report to corporate. Ridiculous
Very slow. Took 14m to get food messed my sandwich up after saying 2 times no pickle.need better management n people that wanna work n move in a fast environment
Asked for fresh fish and fries but what I received was refried fish that ended up being very crunchy. Not what I paid for. Awful service
