HORRIBLE!!!!! CANT GO 1 DAY PAST BEING LATE WITH OUT HARRASSING PHONE CALLS!! I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH CAR MART EVER EVER AGAIN!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REFER OR EVEN MENTION THEYRE NAME EVER AGAIN!! DONT EVER BUY A CAR THERE! YOU WILL BE EMBARRASSED WHEN YOU ARE 3 DAYS LATE OF A WEEKLY PAYMENT AND THEY HARRASS YOUR WORK AND REFERENCES! THANKS FOR STRESSING ME OUT WHEN YOU SEE ON MY ACCOUNT I PAY EITHER EVERY 2 WEEKS OR MONTHLY!! I COULD SEE IF I WASNT PAYING FOR A MONTH OR 60 DAYS OR 90 DAYS BUT A WEEK??? YOUR HARRASSING ME FOR $90 ??? REALLY???
I must admit some the cars are clean and in good shape and pretty fair on the down payment....But cut your prices down some it's way too high for a vehicle with such mileage and age..That's my only pet peeves with Car-Mart come on guys !

Harassing phone calls if you're a day late and you get two or three everyday till you call back. I was an excellent customer for two years and when i really needed help because of events out of my control causing me to be late my car gets repossed. I will not go back and i will stop telling people to go here.
Worst experience I've ever been through. They sold me a 2006 chevy cobalt. They "sold" it to me for approximately 7,000 and said "tax, title, and transfer fees are included". "No hidden fees". I ended up paying 9,000. Two weeks after I have the car my control arms, ball joints, and catalytic converter are bad. I tell them these things and they said I was lying to get a mechanic referral/inspection. They they said the ball joints and control arms are the only thing that's under warranty.. I had to pay a 50$ deductible just to have them fix it. If I was 1 day late on a payment they were blowing my phone up. But if I had an issues it took a week for them to call me back. They're lucky they're getting a 1 star rating because if I had the option they'd have 0 stars. They don't care about the customers only tricking 1st time buyers like me into a mess. I'm out of it. If you have a car through these intelligent declined people. Let them take it back. And regain control of your life!
