Stay Far Away From This Place!
They are small yet extremely unorganized dealership. I bought a car and I regret it. They had clearly been hiding the engine codes before test drives. The Car Fax they supplied me before purchase differs from the Car Fax I pulled on the vehicle myself.
I was a sucker, and I fell for the car.
When I had the financing for the car cleared and set up, I was told the car was mine and nobody would be allowed to touch it. Come to find out they let another young man take the car out for a test drive the day before I picked it up. How do I know this? That young man was there again testing another car and talking about it with me. He said "I took it out for a drive and then found out afterwards I wasn't supposed too" with a big grin on his face.
Great place! People are great and easy to work with. No matter the deal they will work to find the best solution for YOU.
They also failed to adhere to my request for having another name on the vehicle title, which I was told repeatedly by their Sales Agent Jimmie "It wouldn't be a problem". Now I get to spend the time and money getting that sorted out on top of the other problems with the car.
Drove 3.5 hours to this dealership arrived later than expected but 30 minutes before closing, went on a test drive with a nice young man, everything was great I liked the car, told him I'll take it after I look underneath. While I was looking at the car the supposed manager came out by the name Jimmie. Told me "excuse me we are closed and you need to leave", I informed him that I'm taking the car he said "no, come back Monday", called me a liar for getting there later than I said. (Do you know what a customer is Jimmie?? Where did you learn your trade??) He used profanity in front of my 8 and 10 year old girls and my wife, they were very upset. While I was leaving he kept on screaming insults. If you are the owner and reading this Jimmie has no business working for you let alone being a manager. Don't go there if Jimmie is still employed. The funny thing is I called him 3 times to tell him I'm late and he never answered the phone, when I got there he was with a client and the nice young man took me for a test drive whom I asked "will you be able to do all the paperwork after hours?" He replied "absolutely, otherwise we wouldn't be in business". Now that I think about it Jimmie screwed the young man out of the deal because Jimmy expected me to see him about the car, made my family and I collateral damage in the process. I've never seen anything so low even in the car business.
Post sale Contact, there is no response.
Would not recommend going to this car lot. I Went in to look at a car i had seen online. At first we were told the car had nothing wrong with it and was running fine. Slightly true. The car was in good condition, inside and out. The only thing wrong with the car is that it would shake at any speed. Well, we spoke to jimmy and he told my parents and i not to worry about it that he would set the car aside, fix the shaking and give us a call back within the next few days. Well of course a few days past, so we called the car lot and asked about the car. The person who’d answered said the car had been sold... (after jimmy said he would set it aside)... after my mom mentioned that the car was supposed to be getting fixed and held for us to come back a few day later to be picked up, the salesman then switched what he was saying and said that the car had be taken to auction. When we asked to speak with jimmy ( the one we had spoken to about the car in the first place ) his answer was “well the car had already been sold” and was hesitant to take my mothers name and number. We still haven’t received a call back, or heard anything.
Let this be a Fair and Livid Warning to anyone interested in a vehicle at this dealership!
Great small business do do business with. Fair pricing on purchased vehicle and fair price for trade. Would definantely recommend doing business with.
