Had a great experience buying a car here, they were really nice and they made it really simple, very happy with my buy.
They are the worst people ive dealt with. After they repossessed my truck there were alot of things missing from it. I had worked out a deal and they said not to worry then repossessed it anyway. Ive had more trouble with these guys than any other lot I've been to. My truck broke down multiple times and instead of paying my car payment i would have to buy parts and fix it. Battery, alternator, fuel pump, ecu, wheel berring out 3 times on same tire, the list goes on. They knew exactly what they were selling and they didnt care. All they are worried about is the money you can hand them. If i could sue them i would and im still going to report them to the better business Bureau. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
Bought one car a few years back. Got a fair deal. Recently got a truck for my husband and paid that one off a few months later. Decided to get my 17 year old her first car there. They wouldn't let us start the car and basically scammed us into buying an unsafe vehicle. It had trouble with starting and the center console started melting. They said they would switch her out for more money. Which she didn't have. I specifically asked for a safe car that would take her to work and school. I called one day and told them I got a new job and my pay period changed. Keep in mind, I'm a repeat customer. I asked if I could just pay the following week and was immediately threatened with repo. Told them it was a death trap anyway and come get it then. It sat another 3 weeks before they finally did. Got her a newer, nicer car for the same price elsewhere.
These m************ already know that my husband is in jail in Texas and they know that I'll be in there every two weeks to pay a hundred on the car so tell me why that they going to wait till I'm at work to come and get my f****** car with my car seats for my kids in the motherfuking car and f****** money in the f****** car these n***** for real are f***** up like they really are I've already left at my good ass f****** message and I left my f****** phone number to him too they got me f***** up like I told you I'll be in there tomorrow to pay my $100 and I best believe I'm leaving with the mother f****** car off the f******
So if I could sew them I would.... im17 years old and I needed a car to get back and fourth between school and work. My mom told them that and she also made sure to let them know she didn't wan t a car that was dangerous for me. She asked the guy if he ha kids and would want them in danger and he said no he wouldn't. But he didn't care because a month later its was to the point to where I can't really drive it because it could explode. Now I'm being kept from school today because my car won't start and we don't know what's wrong with it. I'm paying for the car on my own and it's $5000 also they are saying if I want a new car to bring $500 dollars and I can exchange. You're joking right... if I could sue them I would. They shouldn't be in business. And I want everyone to know that they may do the same thing to you and they don't care if they put you in danger. I don't have to money to fix my car remember I'm doing this on my own and working a job at McDonald's that doesn't pay well. So I have no money to fix this because I have to keep paying the 130$ every two week plus the insurance. My family is poor as well so it's not like they could help me. But they don't care bout that all they care bout is the money and as long as you're paying they are good. Oh and I also forgot to mention I'm ignorant to notice things because he knew there was something wrong with the car. Reason for me saying that is he wanted to start the car and drive it up to the front so I wasn't able to see him start the car and he wouldnt even after we asked let us see he told us to walk up to the front. So thanks for making my life more stressful then it already is. Now I'm here stuck with onway to work or school... awesome...
