I recently purchased 2011 arctic cat. I should have read the signs. Over the phone salesman was very responsive to show and sell. Set a date and time to look at it. Arrived at the set day and time, the cat was in back behind several other used atv/utv with dead battery. Couple hours later it's in shop being cleaned and battery replaced so I can test drive. Testing found ebrake doesn't work. While trying to adjust brake was told wheel bearing was found to be bad and needed e brake cable, will fix for free because the sales manager did not want to let it go without ebrake because it was a safety concern,and deliver in 3 days no charge.After spending a full day there I fell for it and purchased the cat. In order to get it delivered on time I agreed to replace brake cable myself. Long story short, ebrake cable did not repair the e brake. Called multiple times attempting to get them to honor their agreement to fix at no cost.When you call if you talk to sales they say it's service responsibility,if you call service they say it's sales Noone will return calls. They stated they do a 40 point inspection. You would think it would find that battery is dead,e brake doesn't work,wheel bearings are bad,cv boot was bad. Hoping I don't find other issues considering I haven't even had it off road yet. Don't make my mistake get all agreements in writing before you sign.

He knew all the products extreme well and steered me in the right direction. He answered every question I had with great knowledge. He was very easy and awesome to work with and get along with. I just bought a Can Am Spyder from this dealership and wanted to day how great the experience was. IT was my sales rep and did a great job. I live about 4hrs away and did all of this on line/ text/ phone calls. IT was always there for me and took care of everything. When I showed up on Thanksgiving weekend my bike was ready to go. My wife and I had to buy our gear and that went really well. We did have to order a couple of items for my wife , and they handled that and had the items shipped to our house. We got those items 4 days later. It had to be one of the greatest buying experiences I have ever had. Yes I am old ( 56 ). Thanks JT and Lexington motor sports. Purchased a RZR Turbo and had a great experience. I was in and out quick but I didn’t feel rushed. The parts dept spent time with me to make sure I was equipped with all the right accessories. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!!!
